Insanity/Grocery again/beach/swim&run

Started this beautiful day with an Insanity plyometrics workout. I was dripping within 10 minutes. It was a great workout. Then it was second grocery day so I went off to Aldis and the mall again. The mall has a target, grocery store called Woolworth in it, a few souvenir stores, and a few clothing stores as well---the guys found some good deals on tank tops today.
After shopping it was back home to head to the beach. It was finally a sunny hot day which we were all missing and couldn't wait to get to the beach. I was so happy to be lying on the beach--back to paradise--and the breeze felt really good too! The tide came in pretty quickly so it was pushing my towel further and further back, so I returned to the cabin for some lunch. I then had a little work to get done and then went out to Shaws Bay to do a swim/run. Gardner (from BSU Tri club) was hooking me up with a group practice which I was really excited about. Shaws Bay-I really liked this area---small, personal beaches, rocks to climb, a boardwalk, skatepark, bridge.
I actually couldn't find the group so I started my own run over the hill and down along the boardwalk. When I got halfway down, I saw a bunch of triathletes coming toward me so I turned around with them and followed them along their run. I met the group which was about 50-60 athletes from age 8-60. Yes, there were quite a few young athletes--one I was surprised was about 10 I think. His dad rode a bike next to him as he ran and he was in the front of the pack too--what an outstanding athlete. I talked to a few of the guys and plan to come back on all the Fridays I can to train with them.
I went back to the cabins and went to dessert night at the Avilas---mmmmm love this night! After desserts, I decided to head to the pub for DJ competition night. The DJs were great tonight---lots of techno which brought a much younger crowd. The pub was packed! I enjoyed myself and so did all the other students, however, I had to head back early so I could get up for fitness classes in the morning.
